- MathLab Institute offers various course subscriptions and programs including CSIR NET/JRF, IIT JAM, PG Entrance, Kerala SET, Foundation Mathematics, and other specialized courses.
- Each subscription plan is structured to ensure that students receive uninterrupted access to course materials, recorded lectures, and study resources.

1.2 Subscription Validity
- Each subscription plan is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase (typically ranging from 6 months to 1 year depending on the course).
- Subscribers will have full access (subject to the features given in the plan) to the platform for the duration of their active subscription.
1.3 Automatic Renewal
- To ensure continuous access, certain subscriptions may renew automatically on an annual or course-specific basis.
- If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel at any time; otherwise, it will renew automatically.
- A notification regarding upcoming renewals will be sent in advance.
1.4 Payment Processing

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

- Refunds or credits are not provided for course changes or downgrades.
3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
3.1 Handling of Unauthorized Chargebacks
- If an unauthorized chargeback is initiated, the student's account may be immediately suspended pending resolution.
- We recommend that students contact our support team before initiating a chargeback to resolve any disputes efficiently.
3.2 Dispute Resolution Process
- If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, you should notify our support team immediately.
- All payment disputes will be handled in compliance with applicable banking regulations and legal requirements.

- Continued use of the platform after pricing changes signifies acceptance of the new rates.
