Research Internship (Impact Evaluation)

Interns will:

• Design and administer a diagnostic test on a selected mathematics chapter.
• Conduct a student perception survey on:
  • Current mathematics learning methods
  • Interest in mathematics
  • Confidence in problem solving
  • Learning challenges

Deliverables

• Baseline academic performance data
• Initial student engagement report

Students will receive controlled access to a selected chapter on the MathLab learning platform.

Intern responsibilities:

• Monitor student learning activity.
• Ensure completion of:
  • Interactive visualizations
  • Video lessons
  • Embedded MCQs
  • Practice problems

Track:

• Time spent
• Completion rate
• Engagement patterns

After completion of the learning module:

Interns will:

• Conduct Post-Test assessment.
• Administer a structured feedback survey.
• Collect qualitative responses such as:
  • What helped most?
  • What was confusing?
  • Did confidence improve?
  • Preferred learning method?

Applicants must pay a ₹500 refundable interview deposit.
